Dymalon, INC. originated in the 1950's as the mail-order division of the John Hughes Company, which was started in 1937 when the origional owner sold such diverse items as typewriters and silk stockings door-to-door in the Washington, DC area. Although we no longer handle those two items, we still offer a diverse selection of products for sign makers, visual merchandisers, hospitals, colleges, and the manufacturing industry.

In 1998, one of Dymalon's vendors, LOKTITE Inc.,
a VELCRO and 3M hook and loop distributor, bought the company and we relocated from Columbia, MD
to the Baltimore area, adding an outside sales force
for local customers.
